Just some personal advice, unless you're doing it for the meme, your best use of eugenics is making strong, fast, and bulky colonists. Babies bring joy, but also challenges. It covers the basics of pawn reproduction, gene inheritance, xenotype propogation, and inbreeding avoidance.
